Thanks to the generosity of its donors, Random Farms is pleased to offer need-based financial aid to give more young people the opportunity to participate in the performing arts. Random Farms is only able to offer a limited number of financial aid packages each year, and we expect recipients to take seriously the commitment to the program and to this financial gift. Before applying for a scholarship, please be aware of all policies and processes pertaining to scholarships and to the program for which you are applying. If the performer is not able to complete the program for any reason, or declines the roles/casts for which they were accepted, then the scholarship will be forfeited and you will be responsible for paying back $150 towards the cost of the tuition. In other words, you will need to return a portion of the scholarship money awarded to you.
Application and Notification Process
For Workshops, Jellybeans, Summer Workshops, Classes, and Vacation Workshops, applications for financial aid are due at least one week prior to registration.
For Mainstage and Edge, applications for financial aid are due at least one week before the audition.
All scholarship recipients are required to meet with a member of the Scholarship Review Committee to discuss the program policies. If you receive an award, you will be contacted by a staff member to arrange a meeting time at our Elmsford studio. You only need to attend this meeting once per program.
